Step the fetch–decode–execute cycle with each register-transfer line explained and the bus that carries it lit; watch an interrupt save the state, run its routine and restore; write the pseudocode that keeps a greenhouse warm and see whether it does; schedule processes and read off the Gantt chart; replace pages and count the faults; count the cycles a pipeline saves. The 9618 assembly language itself lives in the Assembler.
