CS Games
Play your way
to an A*.
13 real games built on the site's own engines — answers are checked by the pseudocode interpreter, the assembler, the logic and SQL engines or the checked quiz bank, never guessed. Solo against AskZ bots, online with friends, or with your whole class.
ArenaZ
Answer fast, earn coins, buy power-ups — outplay the room.
RoyaleZ
One wrong answer and you're out. Be the last coder standing.
CodleZ
Guess today's Computer Science word in six tries.
TraceZ
Same code, two players: first to the right output wins.
GolfZ
Solve each task in the fewest 9618 assembly instructions.
GateZ

DetectiveZ
Query the database, follow the clues, name the culprit.
EscapeZ
Split clues, one locked server room — escape solo or with 3 friends.
BotZ
Program a bot in pseudocode. Watch it battle.
PacketZ
Firewalls, proxies and encryption towers vs. waves of malware.
SpireZ
A roguelike card climb — every card you play asks a flashcard question.
DashZ
Run, jump, convert: binary, hex and denary at speed.
TycoonZ
Build a data centre: CPUs, storage, networks — keep customers happy.
Made for classrooms
Teachers press Classroom in ArenaZ, RoyaleZ or TraceZ, put it on the projector, and students join at cswithzak.com/play with the code. 4 games play online.
Safe by design
No sign-up, no ads, no chat boxes. Players get a generated nickname and talk with preset quick-chat buttons, so nobody can type anything unkind.
AskZ plays too
AskZ bots fill empty seats (always marked BOT), and after a game AskZ coaches you on exactly what you got wrong.
Fair leaderboards
Every ranked run is replayed on the server with the same engine — a score only counts if the moves really earn it. XP goes into your progress.
Games are for practice between revision sessions — every one is tied to syllabus topics, and your Weak-spots quiz picks up the questions you miss here.
