Tuition, Success Packs & Merchandise Terms

These terms apply when you (a student, or a parent/guardian on a student's behalf) enrol in ZAK's classes (in-person at a partner centre, hybrid or live online), register for a ZAKATHON workshop, purchase a Success Pack, or order merchandise. They sit alongside the Terms of Use.

Who you contract with. In-person classes at partner centres (SKH Solutions branches, Zatians Bahadurabad and others listed on the Tuition page) are administered by that centre: the centre collects fees, issues receipts and applies its own enrolment policy, and ZAK provides the teaching. Online classes, hybrid enrolment through Zatians, Success Packs, ZAKATHON and merchandise are contracted with Zafar Ali Khan directly, administered by the admissions team (WhatsApp 0335-659 8678). The person who takes your fee is the one who issues your receipt and handles refunds.

Under 18s. A parent or guardian must make the enrolment, agree to these terms and be the payer. We keep the parent's contact details for the duration of the enrolment (see Safeguarding).

Fees. Fees, timetables and start dates are confirmed by the centre or admissions team in writing (WhatsApp counts) before you pay. AskZ and this website do not quote fees; any fee an AI or a third party quotes is not binding on us. Fees are stated in Pakistani Rupees unless agreed otherwise.

• Payment: fees are per academic session, term or month as stated on your confirmation, payable in advance by the date given. A seat is confirmed on payment. We may charge a late fee or pause access for fees more than 14 days overdue.
• Attendance: the timetable is fixed for the group. Missed classes are not refunded or credited, but ZAK provides recordings (online), class-board PDFs and catch-up help through the Success Pack or class group where available.
• Cancellation by you: you may withdraw at any time. If you withdraw before the third scheduled class of a paid term, the term fee is refunded minus any registration/administration charge stated on your confirmation. After that, the remainder of the term's fee is not refundable, except in cases of prolonged illness or relocation supported by evidence, where we refund the unused portion at our discretion.
• Cancellation by us: if we cancel a class we reschedule it; if we withdraw a course or a group is not viable, we refund the unused portion in full within 14 days.
• Conduct: students follow the Community Guidelines and the centre's rules. Persistent disruption, cheating, bullying or abuse can lead to removal from the class without refund after a written warning to the parent (immediately for serious cases).
• Recordings: online classes may be recorded for students in that group to revise from. Recordings are for enrolled students only and may not be shared. Students appear in recordings only by voice/chat unless they turn their camera on.
• Materials: class notes, workbooks, tests and videos are licensed to the enrolled student for personal use during and after the course; they may not be shared, sold or uploaded anywhere.
• Not a school. We prepare students for Cambridge exams; the school or private-candidate centre makes the exam entry, not us.

ZAKATHON is a paid marathon revision workshop held around the May/June series. Registration is confirmed on payment. Because seats and venues are booked in advance, fees are refundable in full up to 14 days before the workshop, 50% up to 7 days before, and not thereafter; you may transfer your seat to another student of the same level at any time by telling us. If we cancel or move the date and you cannot attend, you receive a full refund.

A Success Pack is access for one named student to a private cloud drive (OneDrive or Google Drive) containing ZAK's teaching material for one level together with the Cambridge archive, kept up to date for the session.

• Licence: personal, non-transferable, for the named student's own study. You may download files to your own devices. You may not share the link or files with anyone, add other people to the drive, re-upload material to any site, group or drive, or sell it. Breach ends your access without refund, and we may pursue our rights under the Copyright notice.
• Access: by invitation to the email address you give, normally within one working day of payment confirmation, valid for the session stated on your confirmation. You need a Microsoft or Google account to open the drive; those services' terms apply.
• Contents: listed on the Success Packs page. Contents change as papers and material are added; we do not guarantee any specific file. Cambridge material inside the drive is © Cambridge University Press & Assessment and is shared for the private study of students entered for those qualifications; Cambridge may ask us to remove items and we will.
• Refunds: because access is delivered digitally and the material can be copied, no refund is available once the invitation has been sent, unless we are unable to provide access at all. Before the invitation is sent, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Ending: access ends at the end of the session; you may keep files you downloaded under the same personal licence.

• Items shown on the Souvenir shop are ordered by WhatsApp. We confirm price, availability, size, delivery charge and expected delivery time before you pay; the order is placed when you pay.
• Delivery: within Karachi by courier or collection at a centre; elsewhere in Pakistan by courier at cost; international shipping on request.
• Returns: if an item arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it including delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind on printed/personalised items; unworn, unwashed standard items may be exchanged for size within 7 days at your delivery cost.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated.

Refunds are made by the party that received your payment, to the same account or method, within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Ask the centre or admissions team first; if you are not satisfied, email [contact@cswithzak.com](mailto:contact@cswithzak.com) with “Refund” in the subject and ZAK will look at it personally.

We will teach with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee any grade or exam outcome; results depend on the student. Our liability to you in connection with any paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or non-waivable consumer rights). Centres are responsible for the safety and facilities of their premises.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Sindh Consumer Protection Act 2014 or other applicable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; disputes go first to [contact@cswithzak.com](mailto:contact@cswithzak.com) (we respond within 7 days and try to settle within 30), then to the courts of Karachi.
