Steps
Step 1: A page or tool won't load
Where: Browser
Reload the page. Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, and turn off extensions that block scripts for this site.
Step 2: Python takes a while
Where: Python Playground
The first run downloads Python into your browser (about 7 MB, once). After that it is quick, even offline.
Step 3: My progress disappeared
Where: Dashboard
Progress is per browser: a private window, another browser or clearing site data starts empty. Sign in to keep it safe across devices.
Step 4: Ask Z stopped answering
Where: Ask Z
Check the “Today: x of y messages” line — the allowance refills at midnight Pakistan time. Signing in gives more.
