Testimonials & User Content

What happens when you send us a testimonial, correction, question or anything else — and how to withdraw it.

You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to publish it on the site, the app and our social channels.
Testimonials are reviewed by ZAK before they appear; your email and phone are never shown.
Under 18? Get a parent's okay first. We may check.
You can ask us to edit or remove your testimonial at any time — one email.

1. What counts as user content

Testimonials submitted through the site, quotes you give ZAK in messages and agree to have published, corrections and suggestions, bug reports, questions submitted for the bank, comments on our social posts and content in groups we run, and anything else you send us.

2. Testimonials

Who can submit: current or former students, parents/guardians and teachers/colleagues. If you are under 18, submit only with a parent's or guardian's agreement; we may contact the phone/email you give to confirm.
What we publish: your name (first name and initial is fine if you prefer — say so), role, level, school, city, exam session, result, where you are now, and your quote. Your email address and phone number are never published; they are used only to verify the testimonial is genuine and to contact you about it.
Review: every submission is read by ZAK before it appears. We may decline a testimonial without giving a reason, and we may correct spelling or shorten for length without changing the meaning. We will not add claims you did not make.
Truthfulness: you confirm the testimonial is your genuine opinion or experience, that grades/results stated are accurate, and that you have not been paid or promised anything for it. Fake or paid testimonials are removed and may be reported.
Where it appears: on cswithzak.com (home page, testimonials page, tuition pages), in ZAPP, in ZAK's social-media posts and printed or digital prospectus material for classes and ZAKATHON, and in AskZ's answers when a student asks about classes.
Withdrawal: email [contact@cswithzak.com](mailto:contact@cswithzak.com) with “Remove testimonial” and the name it was published under. We remove it from the site within 7 days; already-printed material and past social posts may take longer or be impractical to recall.
Retention: pending and rejected submissions are deleted within 12 months.

3. Licence you give us

You keep the copyright in what you send. By sending it you grant Zafar Ali Khan a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, translate, publish and display it, with your name as described above, for the purposes in section 2 and for promoting the site, ZAK's teaching and AskZ. You waive any right to be consulted on each use, while keeping the right to withdraw under section 2. You will not be paid for user content unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. What you promise

That the content is yours or you have permission to give it to us; that it does not contain other people's personal information without their consent, anything defamatory, unlawful, obscene or infringing, or confidential material (including unreleased exam content); and that you are not submitting on behalf of a competitor or with a commercial motive you have not disclosed.

5. Corrections, suggestions and questions

Corrections to notes, suggested quiz or flashcard content and bug reports may be incorporated into the site without attribution (we may thank you by first name if you like). Questions you submit for the question bank should be your own, not copied from copyrighted material.

7. Moderation and removal

We may remove or refuse any user content that breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or that we simply do not want to publish. Decisions are made by ZAK; you can ask for a second look by email.
