Share a class link and see your class's results

One link per paper: post it to Google Classroom or WhatsApp, and the marks of signed-in students come back to you by question, topic, sub-topic and AO.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Make the class link

Where: Built paper → Share with your class → Make a class link

The link is tied to your account. Changing the paper later gives a new link; the old one keeps its results.

    Open this screen
  2. Step 2: Send it

Where: Copy link · Share to Google Classroom · Copy for WhatsApp / email

Classroom opens Google's own share page in a new tab. The WhatsApp / email message has the title, marks, minutes, the link and an optional due date.

  3. Step 3: Students sit and send

Where: Their paper → “Finished?” → Send my result to my teacher

They must be signed in and type the name you'll see. Their marks per question go to you, never their answers or email. Guests can sit it, but their result stays on their device.

  4. Step 4: Read the results

    Where: My classes → a class's results

Who sat it and when, totals, class average and median, every question, topic, syllabus sub-topic and AO, and the weakest sub-topics.

    Open My classes
  5. Step 5: Export or tidy up

Where: Class page → CSV · Close to new results · remove a row

The CSV opens in any spreadsheet. Close the link once the deadline passes; results are deleted after 12 months.
