Open ClassroomSteps
Step 1: Open Classroom
Where: Account → My classes → Open Classroom
Open this screenSign in first. If you are not in a class yet, type your teacher's six-letter code under Join a class.
Step 2: See what is due
Where: Classroom → Today
Work that is due, soonest first, and your next live class.
Step 3: Do the work
Where: A piece of work → Start
Answer on the page. You can add one photo of your handwriting to a part. Your answers save as you write, even if the internet drops.
Step 4: Hand it in
Where: Hand in → check the list → confirm
You will see that it was handed in. Your marks come when your teacher releases them.
Step 5: Read your marks
Where: The class → Grades, or the piece of work
Marks for each part, what you got right, and your teacher's comments. If you think a mark is wrong, Ask for a re-mark once for that part and say why.
Step 6: Join a live class
Where: Today → the class → Join
The button opens fifteen minutes before the start. With a Zoom or Meet link, press I am here so your teacher's register shows you.
Step 7: Review a classmate's work
Where: Today → Start reviewing
If your teacher asks the class to review each other, you see a classmate's answers without their name. Give a score for each point and a kind, useful comment, then Send my review.
Step 8: Hear about new work
Where: The inbox → Notify this device
Your phone or computer then tells you about new work, marks and live classes. Add to my calendar puts every due date in your calendar. A certificate from your teacher is under Grades: Download (PDF).
